9 Hours Ham
Smoked ham with bone
Onions to taste , 2 or 3
Garlic to taste, 4 to 5 cloves
Cover the ham with Dijon mustard.
Add 1 tbs of each of your 7 favorite spices
Pour water on the side so as not to rince off mustard.
Cook at 275-300°F for 8 hours to 9 hours.
